Performance

The twin that drives smart action unifying turbines, crews, and KPIs seamlessly.

The Challenge

A large operator runs thousands of assets across sites and vendors. Data lives in silos (SCADA, condition monitoring, work orders, parts, contractor logs). Questions like “Why did this repair overrun?” or “Which crews fix gearbox faults fastest?” require stitching sources and context—manually slow and error-prone.

Our Approach

How We Transform Financial Due Diligence

Connect all data sources

Aggregate turbines, SCADA, maintenance, and logistics into one semantic digital twin.

Turn data into decisions

Generate actionable KPIs, repair insights, and engineer performance metrics.

Query what matters

Filter by time, turbine, site, or contractor for precise answers.

Operate in near real-time

Live dashboards for crews, stable overnight consolidation for boards.

Adapt without coding

Add new feeds, KPIs, or assets model-first, keeping your system flexible.

Deliver to decision-makers

Power mobile guidance and executive dashboards from a single source of truth.

Why it matters

Unified, Real-Time, Decisions You Can Trust

Consistent KPIs and root-cause views shorten mean time to repair and prevent repeat failures.

Finance, operations, and field service all see the same picture—no spreadsheet reconciling.

Every KPI is traceable to sources; policies and permissions are enforced server-side—fit for regulated energy markets.

Add a site or a vendor feed without rewriting apps.

Second application example · Banking and online investment

Make critical business rules verifiable.

Formal modelling and verification for financial web applications. Specify the behaviour your business requires, check agreed properties in an executable Digital Twin, then validate the application against that specification.

What must always hold?

01 / Finalization prerequisites

Only eligible investments proceed.

Identity, current disclosures and session requirements must all hold when an investment is finalized.

02 / Independent approval

Approval stays independent.

An author cannot approve their own change. The required separation of roles remains explicit.

03 / Duplicate prevention

One request creates one commitment.

A retry must not create a second investment. Repeated requests are checked against the same business requirement.

Illustrative finite-model checks

Find the sequence that breaks the rule.

Explore three investment-workflow properties. Model verification examines reachable states and event sequences within a small, defined model.

Finalization prerequisites

The property: Finalize an investment only while identity, disclosures and session requirements all hold.

Unsafe design: an earlier decision is reused

  1. Verify the investor identity.
  2. Acknowledge the current disclosures.
  3. Open the accepted confirmation page.
  4. The session expires before finalization.
  5. Finalize using the earlier confirmation.

Property violated: the accepted page no longer establishes that the current prerequisites hold.

Corrected design: check at finalization

Re-evaluate all current prerequisites when the investment is finalized. Block finalization if a required condition fails.

The business requirement is preserved even when access conditions change after the confirmation page opens.

Independent approval

The property: An author must not approve their own change.

Unsafe sequence: a user creates a change and then approves the same change.

Corrected design: check the approver's permitted role and require an approver distinct from the author before accepting approval.

Duplicate prevention

The property: One business request must not create more than one investment commitment.

Unsafe sequence: the first request succeeds, its response is lost, and a retry creates another commitment.

Corrected design: recognize the repeated business request and reuse the existing result instead of creating a second commitment.

Illustrative models and business policies, not a live check of your application. The financial-platform pilot below is separate implementation-validation evidence.

Verify the design. Validate the implementation.

01 / Specification

Agree the rules.

Represent the roles, relationships, conditions and permitted effects that business owners approve.

02 / Model verification

Check the properties.

Search the defined model for forbidden outcomes and examine the event sequences that expose them.

03 / Application validation

Compare actual behaviour.

Execute selected scenarios against the application and compare its decisions and effects with the specification.

Reported financial-platform pilot

An executable reference.
Evidence for a defined scope.

Selected application behaviour was compared with an independently executed model. Evidence identifies the model, scenarios and application version.

875validated scenarios
15behaviour areas

Pilot snapshot: 12 October 2026. These results establish agreement for the executed scenarios and selected functionality; they are not a claim that every possible application behaviour has been verified.

Keep the business contract when the code changes.

Expose hidden exceptions early, check a replacement implementation against the same approved behavioural specification, and retain the requirement, model version, scenario and comparison result for the agreed scope.

Which rule must your application enforce?

Choose one controlled workflow. We will define the specification, verification properties and implementation checks for a focused pilot.
